“Ben Chmil was my lifting coach for swimming in 2008, and since, my mindset on fitness has never been the same. Ben’s “don’t think, just do” attitude has taken me to levels I once thought unachievable. I met Ben as a small sophomore in high school who could not bench more than 95 lbs. or squat at all. In the time I trained with Ben, my bench doubled, and my squats got to 225 lbs. After taking time off, I rediscovered his mentality, and in the course of three months, I went from nothing to squatting 415 lbs. and benching 275 lbs.

Ben knows how to push anyone in the weight room with endless amounts of analogies and metaphors for you to understand where he is coming from. He constantly pushes you to be all that you can be, telling you to just go and do. Can’t is not a word in his vocabulary; if you tell him you can’t, you’re wrong. Ben Chmil, in my eyes, is one of the most knowledgeable and physically proven trainer that I know, and I would recommend him to anyone that would ask.”
